So my fiancee and I were at Target grabbing some items for our newly acquired townhouse. We travel down the laundry section for some detergent and dryer sheets when we stumble on the Bounce dryer bar - an adhesive backed, long-lasting alternative to dryer sheets that basically does the same thing as sheets but it is a semi-permanent fixture to your dryer. My fiancee thought it would be convenient, but me being the detailer I am quickly stopped her from bagging the item and told her it will ruin my MF collection. Detailing > Everything else. Any other stories of your detailing obsessed life?
Hahah, great story. I think that bar is removable, the base sticks to the dryer and then the bar slides into it. Either way I think it's hilarious you shut her down. I don't have many specific stories, but I wake up an hour earlier than I need to (5:30am) so I can spend time of the forums and then never go out to lunch so I can spend that time on the forums as well. My detailing hat is always on. -Kody-
That's a great story! Made me lol at the office... In a perfect world, we would have a small washer and dryer in the garage that's dedicated to MF.
my wife doesn't care about my detailing, she gets more spun up over my spending on other stuff, she will ask about why the UPS man is calling the house again to find out if im home though LOL
