I use these, and have been using them for years. They are legit, they have about the same density of the Adams Hex Grip pad, but at a fraction of the price. WAX POLISH FOAM PAD APPLICATOR SPONGES TIRE DRESSING | eBay
Awesome man thanks for sharing so its $5 for 4 applicators thats a great deal what do you use them for?
On the eBay ad it says for wax and tire dressings. Would you recommend them for painted surfaces?? I will order some for the tire dressing purpose and wait on your answer before using for wax.
ive used them for everything, interior...... exterior, trim, tires, RainX, they will work fine with most LSP. they are not as soft as say a Uber pad, but they do work for pretty much everything. It is more personal preference. My latest method of applicator is a 24x24 foam pad that I bought at a craft store. I cut off a 3x3 block and use it for whatever then throw it away. The foam pad was 5 dollars, and I can get 20 or so applicators depending on the size.
Just got these in today. Thanks again for the heads up on these. Will probably be ordering a lot more.
Didn't buy in time haha. I went from a spray tire shine to the Optimum liquid, so I need applicators now. Hopefully he relists them soon.
Yeah, I procrastinated and now the auction has ended. I hope he lists more as well. I'd pick up like 20 of those for that price and have one on hand for everything.
I have about 5 left of these if anyone needs any..... Once he puts up another auction Ill buy more. I think they are better then the adams applicators, not as soft though but a fraction of the price. \ I really like them for removing waterspots with waterspot remover.
I think I'll just use them for tires, if I get 4. Use 2 to clean off the tire, and the other 2 to apply the tire gel.
go to a craft store and buy a 24x24x3" sheet of upholstery foam..... Cut off the piece you need for the tire. Costs me $5.00 for 50 applicators basically that way for tire dressing. only fancy applicators I use are the uber yellow for application of LSP. why waste money on tire dressing applicators?
Thanks for the heads up, I bought 8 of these! They aren't very soft at all, but for the price they are worth it! I'll be using it on other things, probably not for a LSP applicator though.
