+1 on the BleechWhite, then go over with a regular APC, should scrub and have the soap look white on the sidewalls, if not - start over.

+2 on the bleachwhite, I used it a few years back and it did the trick. But now I just buy megs apc. Use it at the dilution listed on the bottle (I cannot remember what it says off the top of my head) I usually rinse the tires spray on then move to the next wheel rinse and spray and so forth then come back scrub the tires twice round with a black magic tire brush and rinse away, doesn't take much work and preps the tires nicely for a tire shine of your choice. I use megs endurance in the spray can.

I can't seem to get my hands on/find Wesley's bleach white here in locally or online in Canada. But could get ARO

Never used ARO - but my friends that have say it smells just like Bleech White.

Zep, purple industrial is great. I mix it stiff 1:1 It pretty much eats grime.

I get great results using Optimum Power Clean diluted 3:1 for tire cleaning.

blech wite is now owned by blackmagic......... so if they sell black magic you probably can get it. Pepboys had it for 3.00 a bottle on sale......

I like Bleach White also, but be careful with it. It can damage wheels very quickly.

+1 for this. works great on tires and wheel wells and pretty cheap ($10/galon at home depot)

for sure, you have to be very carefull.......... one wheel at a time, i even just spray it on a sponge and work it that way.. it is a very caustic product.

also, i have used it out a foam spray head, it allows for more control and the product sits on the tire without running as much

Sounds like a problem with the tires, not the APC or dressing.
