I just ordered a few items from Phil at detailers domain and didnt have to pay any duties on the pkg, but there was a time that I ordered a bunch of stuff from a place in florida and had to pay like $50 in duties. So it depends which delivery method is used.

Detailers Domain. It only starts getting expensive for shipping when you order gallons.

I bought like 30 various types and sizes of microfibres from pakshak and didn't pay any duties or taxes thanks to shipping USPS Priority International. Shipping was like like $30+, but since it came across like 7 timezones, I was extremely surprised and happy.

Most times you won't pay duties but if it's shipped USPS, you can avoid brokerage charges as well.
