How about luongo calling out timmy thomas after the game saying he would have made that save, he should really just keep his mouth shut after lettling up 12 goals in two games, he would look alot better, plus timmy seems to always step his game up another level when people star to challenge him; hopefully they can force a game seven and win it for Horton and Savard; seems like almost everyone keeps getting these bad concussions on our team. They have to go out and get this cup, the east is stacked with Pitt, DC, Phila(when they get a decent goalie), and probably Detriot, since ATL is moving to Winnipeg. Lets go Game Seven in OT; I'm with you Ken, aside from wanting the B's to be holding the Cup at the end.
The ONLY reason this series has gone on this long is Thomas. That guy is a fantastic goalie. Period. Didn't see Luongo's comment but you're right, after his performance in 3 and 4, better off to remain quiet. I hope Schneider gets some time in this series. He's earned it.
As a goalie myself, I never liked Thomas. With the exception of this season, his style leaves him with being very inconsistent, much more than a goalie with his experience should at very least. While he is somehow getting the job done this year, I'd be very surprised to see him even come close to this performance next year(if he hasn't died of old age by then LOL).
I've been saying it since the beginning of the playoffs. My mortal enemy is Boston, since I'm a MTL fan. but they WILL win the cup. In a game 7, bruins will win. Mark my words. -When you have someone like Lapierre that make you win a game, not a good thing. -Luongo is tired and started calling out the other team, there's a french-canadian saying that goes like this (Quand tu crache en l'air, ca te retombe toujours dans face). When you spit in the air, it will always land down on your face. This is what's happening right now.

Hats off to Boston. They showed up to play and we didn't. Boston controlled the game from start to finish and deserved the win. I'm happy for Recchi as this was his last game - he's retiring now. Only 10 weeks until training camp!
Now let us speculate, who do you think Vancouver will trade away? Or do you think they'll keep this "winning" combination and try again next year?
I think the real winner is Thomas, he stood on his head and bailed Boston out, but still give credit to Boston, they play a certain style and use it effectively. I also can't remember a Cup run where so many guys got hurt so seriously, i hope they can recover and continue playing.
Kudos to Boston and their fans. Die hard people in a great city. This team reflects that. Reminds me of two of the Devils three championship teams - they were not necessarily the most talented, but they worked hard, persevered, dug down deep, and made it happen. On the other hand..... What happened in Vancouver after the game was a complete disgrace and a huge embarrassment to the city. Shame to see after a great Olympics. Walking through Times Square on my way home tonight, makes you think about how that stuff never happens here in NY of all places. Makes you appreciate the NYPD and all those that make it work and keep us safe. Greatest City in the World.

This is just so hard to watch, I was born and raised there and that is not what Vancouver is all about, I hope they nail every one of them with the maximum sentence/fine. If they are found to be a non-Canadian citizen ship them off and tell them NEVER to return, I'm tired of paying taxes so degenerates can freeload here.
