I could not wait to get my hands on my clients 2 new Ferrari s. ! being a brand new 458 Italia and the other being the limited edition 599 GTO. I have done his classic porches for awhile now I expected these cars to be no different. To my surprise they were. Straight from the dealership they buffer swirls, the Black 458 being the most hammered. The typical sanding marks were also present on both. Unfortunately my camara decided to act up for the before of the 458. I do have the afters and I will post them at a later time. I do have all the pics from the 599. The 599 also had light oxidation I started with a basic wash with a non glossy soap because of the Matte finish on the roof and mirrors Clay- Gloss it green Menzerna SIP Orange LC foam 5.5" light cut pad Menzerna SF White LC foam 5.5" Polish pad Menzerna SF Black LC 5.5" finishing pad Zymol Atlantique by hand Swisswax Opaque by hand 303 Aerospace Glossit tire dressing Finish Kare 2180 It was difficult to get the imperfections on camera Don't understand why the weights were put on the outside Over 2 hours of masking. Didn't want anything on the Matte paint Not a lot of surface contamination Buffing with SIP Getting the Zymol ready Applying the Zymol by hand Getting the Swissvax ready Applying the Opaque Excuse the tongue The afters 1 of 599 Finish Kare on door jambs Everything gets detailed I hope you all enjoy my pictures. Thank you for checking them out Aaron
Wow. That GTO is incredible. Great job. There is a GTO in New Jersey I saw up in Alpine. An absolutely stunning car.
