The last few details i have been using my pc with a blue cc 5.5" pad to apply find it very easy to do in a short amount of time. I usually apply to the whole vehicle and then remove it. Which method do you guys pefer to use?:applause2:

PC and lc gold pad whenever I can. Applying any lsp thin is definitely the key and a pc does that very well.

I use that red Uber applicator, works great. I figure by the time I've gotten my PC out, prepped a pad, gotten an extension cord, then have to put it away, clean my pad etc. it's probably slower than actually doing it by hand.

I use red uber as well or a polishin pal with a cyclo white foam applicator. I think i can do it by hand faster too but maybe not as uniform however I think I have gotten a lot better on getting it thin.

Silly question...but I just want to confirm what it means to 'cure' the sealant.

As far as I understand 'curing' the sealant basically implies you have applied and removed (according to product directions) but after it has been wiped off, the sealant is still settling?

    Is that correct?

Let it stand 12 hours in a "stable" environment; like inside a garage, not outside. The sealant is bonding to the paint. After the 12hours, you are good to go if you wanna top it with a nice nuba.

Thanks - exactly what I figured.

Sucks it's pollen season - hopefully I can call dibs on the garage tomorrow night.

I usually apply it by hand and find the results to be anything but desireable. I guess I am going to give it a try with my PC and one of my Uber pads. Which Uber pad (what color) is everyone using and at what speed on the PC? Do you move pretty much as quick as you please because it's an LSP? How much products are we talking about via PC application and with say, DG 105 or something of similar nature?

I just detailed my car today. Layed Menzerna Power Lock down with a Black 5.5" Uber pad via PC. Light pressure was used and it was spread evenly front to back.

I agree...machine app is way better than by hand. It spreads so much more evenly.
