meg wheel brightner. 4.1 will do wonders. but like said make sure to rinse it well. i also will spary a apc or degereser on the wheel to make sure i have nuterlized the acid.

 

I prefer Wheel Brightener over Brown Royal. You can't go wrong with either product when it comes to really nasty wheels.

 

Wheel brightener is my go to on horrible wheels, in fact I finished my a2z can (which is one of my favorites) and decided to use up an extra bottle of mixed wheel brightener to finish the job....I cut it with a lot of water, dont know exactly how much since it was already cut and it still did a great job cleaning.

 

IronX will clean out the crudies.

 

Brown Royal isn't an acid so Wheel Brightener will pick up where BR leaves off.
