As of this morning, my iPhone won't retrieve my email. It keeps popping up a notification saying that the username and/or password are incorrect when they are not. Nothing has fixed it so far. I am not jailbroken.the email acct is an AOL acct..does any1 else have this problem...i resetted it and restored it aswell..
try logging into AOL with your PC via website and then try again, if it still doesnt work, see if AOL has a captcha thing. Happens sometimes with Gmail because you may have been logging in to the mail server through different IP address/location a few times within a set amount of time and then it starts block some access on the mail server until you wait a bit and try or do a captcha to allow access again its kinda like a protection from spam
