I did this car when it was new a little more than three years ago and have not done it since......well it picked up some "Patina".

27 hours later the vehicle is restored to "As new", below in the first pick is when I worked on the car as it was delivered new.

As the car came in at noon, there was no shade and now the weather is getting warm here so I wiped down the finish and decon/clayed with the wash reserved for after the compound stage.

The brightwork on the car was in horrible condition and needed a few hours just to correct this part of the car alone.

    After......

    Right side of brightwork before.

    Clarity restored....finally.

    Trunklid compounding step 50/50.

Top right rear quarter before, almost looks like I sanded it......but I did not.

    After compound step.

    Entire trunklid cut.

    Passenger door 50/50.

As Trump would say "That is a UGGGGE vehicle!"

Awesome work on the paint and metal work, cant decide which I like more the natural wood or piano black? Hmm

    Wow. Brilliant.

How did you polish the swirls and scratches out of the chrome body pieces? Are they metal or plastic? I'd really appreciate any advice!

Trump would actually say "Where is the "signed" certification of Authentication, just because it's says some guys name on the the hand build engine does not mean it's a a real Royce"

Hey Bob, Can you please tell me what Polishes/Pad combos you used for this job?

I am very curious as i just did a 2001 Ghost and want to know what you used on the paint and brightwork.

    Very nice work!

What do you think accounts for that kind of damage in such (relatively) short order? Tunnel car washes?

Great job Bob. That car was just tortured.

Saw one the other day when I was in NYC, two guys had their briefcases on the deck lid. Im sure that wont scratch.
