2008 Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster Restoration by Richie's Custom Detailing and Auto Concierge.

I flew Bob out to work with me on a few cars. The day before he was scheduled to leave I got the call to restore the appearance on this 2008 Murcielago LP 640 Roadster.

So I changed Bob's ticket and extended his stay.

Bob was very instrumental in getting this car done as it was going to be shipped out of state and the deadline was tight.

Total time spent 60+ hours collectively.

Upon initial inspection it was easy to see how severely this car had been savaged.

Front end and rockers were wrapped as well.

    As it was delivered.

Well done gents! A classic east/west tag team.

I know first hand that black is a PITA to get right, if you blink your eyes too fast its going to scratch.

What was the process for restoring the honeycomb? PM me if you need.

    Cheers,
    GREG

Cooler filled with water/Enviro clean for pre-soak, then brush work/rinse, dressed with 303 and blown with a leafblower to blowout excess.....then left to dry in the sun.

Very nice teamwork fella's! Luckily staying a little longer didn't interfere with Bob's plans back on the west coast.

Looks like I need to finally get some 303!

I see it everyday. I have a few hedge fund buddies who treat their $275,000 cars like beaters. its a blip on the their financial radar. its just money when you pull down ten's of millions a year.

    Sad..but true.

Thus guys like this keep us in biz, the only problem is the guy's who treat the car like this and do not have it maintained. I have one client who tracks his GT3RS once or twice a month and the car looks new(2008 model) because of frequent maintenance, it is perception of course as some clients with money feel it is not important to have the car look it's best.....until they are next to one my clients cars at a event or on the road(lol).
