New vehicle in for prep for the entire car to be wrapped in Satin film by Premier, this particular client understood the importance of prepping all painted surfaces before the installation. The beginning of the job, removing the factory graphics(Which premier would replace as the customer wanted the graphic glossy red like the wheels and mirrors, as the satin wrap would diffuse the gloss). Even as a brand new car there was contamination. Sand scratches on the carbon wing. Scratches removed. Bird dropping etch damage. Lightly sanded, then corrected. Holograms on the wing blades. Finish corrected. Fine polishing with Griots machine and crimson pad. Inspecting the finish. Finish is ready for wrap installation. Brought to Premier. Installation of the entire surface with the satin wrap.
Back at my shop for the finish detailing. Engine was not dirty hardly, but needed a wipedown and dressing to be "As new". Interior cleaned. This pic shows the satin finish well, with the graphic glossy as the client wanted. All finished, a incredible car as stock........but now wearing a full satin wrap and Sharkwerks mods, such as bypass/flash software. Ready for track duty!!.
I had no idea that they had a satin wrap, that is damn sexy! Great work and attention to detail as usual sir.
that car looks absolutely stunning now! But i would be concerned about contaminants sticking far easier on a satin wrap in a few months time especially if its being tracked.
