It is at the local FedEx facility:applause2: scheduled to be delivered today.

I am really excited to unbox and try it out.

Don't worry, copious pics will be added to this thread later...

OK, so here are some pics. FedEx dropped it off 3 hours after the latest they said it would be delivered, so now I don't even have time to open it up. I simply snapped a few pics of the boxes. Definitely a tease but tomorrow will see the unboxing and first use. Patience Daniel-sahn.
Really testing out their backup skills

And some pics of the boxes. 1 is the actual unit, another is accessory bag and tons of accessories, and the third is Dupray eco-degreaser

    April 6 Update

Finally had some time to unbox, read the manual, and fire the unit up.

First off, it feels and looks very solid, and uses high quality materials, brass, stainless steel, high quality rubber/plastic. It is a heavy unit, but the large back wheels and front caster wheels are solid and roll it around easily.

Here are some shots of the unboxing process and my initial inspection of the unit.

Dupray brand degreaser. It is phosphate free, non-volatile, and biodegradable.

Nice canvas bag for carrying the arsenal of attachments and hoses.
Kit 'July' and the carpet/upholstery tool. The larger two attachments in the back left will hold a towel that can absorb whatever the steam lifts

A few close-ups of the handle for this kit. Two pressure settings and the white Tecnovap button which injects boiling water into the steam and helps wash things away.

Unboxing the beast. It was packed very well, I now have two garbage bags full of packing peanuts (which are going to the UPS store to be recycled).

OK, I realize the following pics are not car related, but my shower REALLY needed to be cleaned. I have two car interiors to try this out on tomorrow and will post pics.
As for the shower, the Carmen Plus did a great job! I saved a negligable amount of time over my ususal shower cleaning routine, but I chalk that up to being my first time using the unit. Aside from that, the results are what changed. I was able to get the shower much cleaner looking than I ever have before without steam. Plus, as I understand it, the pressure/heat sanitize the area as well.

Nasty orange staining from minerals in the water and soap scum

After, the grout looks brand new!

Yup, was planning on showing it to you at some point in the near future plus I still haven't seen your shop!

Cleaning the shower out was me trying to earn some points with the wife. Never hurts to stock up. Not to mention she thinks I am nuts for buying such an expensive machine.

    Forgot to mention,

I will most likely be selling the following items since the Dupray unit now makes them redundant:

    Mighty Pro Rug Doctor

    Metro Vac

Let me figure out pricing and I will put up a proper FS post in a little while.

that thing looks awesome, sure seems to be worth every penny. and those attachments mean business.....what is the purpose of the flat attachment with the steel circular brush stick out of it?

I would love to have the extractor feature on my steamer!

    Rcrew Wax on..Wax off

That tool allows you to scrub a precise area and then extract or squeegee over a slightly larger area.
Here is a video of it with a different scrub attachment.

    Dupray Scrub/Sqeegee Attachment

Having steam + extraction (as well as heated detergent injection) was a must for me. It will be huge to have fewer machines to carry around on a job as well as reducing the number of hoses and power cords to work around. A lot of my clients have crowded or small garages.
