Hey guys, I need some suggestions for a storage for my waxes, mainly swissvax waxes, Raceglaze and some others..Is wine cooler (7-18 degrees celsius) or a fridge (2-5degres celcius) would be better? here where I live is pretty warm...

    Thanks before

I have been told by Swissvax that they just need to be stored in constant environment, avoiding continuous temperature changes. Storing them at room temperature or just below is a good rule.

I store all of the Swissvax and higher priced waxes in a wine cooler set just below room temperture.

thanks for the reply. I am wondering the same thing as well, that wine cooler is better than a fridge. in fridge would be too cold and dry, wouldn't it?

My shop is set at 55-60 and all my waxes are just left out and are fine.

Are you keeping the Victoria waxes in a wine cooler too, since they are quite soft compared to the Swissvax?

Presently no, need a bigger cooler to store all of them, for now just the higher priced ones, the rest are stored in a climate controlled environment. As long as they are in a constant temp environment without big/regular variations they will be fine. The higher temps are worse than colder as they will sweat and melt. Swissvax mentioned to store them under 27c / 80f
