I use alot of simoniz products i kno their headquarters are here in CT but i was wondering if anyone else heard of use their stuff. I know alot of the guys there and get great deals on things. I could sell them to members here for the price i get it for plus shipping with me making no profit but idk if id have to buy a monthly sales thing. I love their "correction creme" it works sorta like a klasse aio but more like a m205 there instant spray is way better than chem guys fade to black and its way cheaper they have an awesome spot remover um ask me if you want something and they got it

I have a couple packs of some of the cheap MF's for wheel cleaning but they lint like there's no tommorow..

the simoniz here in canada is sold by Canadian Tire and well the brand is tied to cheapness cuz of that. I personally not that confident with their product line ups of pressure washer and 1 speed polishers as well.

I live about a mile from the Simonize distribution plant. Although I have a nice collection of their containers from the 50's and 60's including banners and advertisements. I wouldnt come within 100 yards of mine or a customers car with their crap.:hmph:

I believe Simoniz is more of a trusted/preferred brand when it comes to automatic car wash chemicals. I've seen their lineup of consumer products and I'm not very interested.

I don't use there products, always seemed more a a high volume shop type of product. You don't know how many times I've been working on a car at a customers house or office and someone stops to ask, "Hey do you Simonize the cars?". then have to stop and walk these people through what it actually is and how its different from the actual step of waxing the cars. always a fun time :shakehead:

Yeah - I always thought it was just a value added car care product for dealers.

they sell a paint protection system thats pretty hardcore called glasscoat 5 yr full warranty on paint from acid rain and bird droppings, There microfibers deff lint like hell and there is alot of "junk" that they produce but ive found some really good stuff that i enjoy to use like their bodygloss its like a quick detailer and smells like i wanna drink it.

I have a feeling that the 5yr protection is sold to dealers to upsell/ scam the customer with this BS. Almost everything I tried has not lived up to the expectations, so I don't expect much from them really...

I had no idea they were still in business, haven't seen any Simonize wax since the 1960's.

Just saw their product on the Modern Marvels about Carbon. They say it makes water bead for 7 years and they have tested it by going through a carwash 100 times (it was not a touch less car wash). It was very cool technology, actually.

Yeah, but have you had to reapply it? Does it still bead?

No. It's not a big beader, more of a sheeter.
