ive never used ONR, I did order some.......... so you want to use a deep knap wash mit, not a traditional sponge like the Yellow Uber Sponge phil sells?

When I have used ONR I used my grout sponges and they worked fine. I take extra percaution and use a couple through out the process.

I used DI sheepskin mitt & race-glaze wash pad for painted surfaces. DD uber sponge & LC blue sponge for the rest of the car.

Franky it came out looking good. Kilo6 I pretreat the panels with a pressurized sprayer at QD ratio and also dump my rinse bucket half way through the wash and re fill it with clean hot water. I use my Detailed Image sheep skin mitt and it work great. I do wash the wheels first before I start my wash, the traditional way.

i like your spray bottles...excellent for waterless washes.

also i find there is no "airborne" mist with those.

Quite frankly 1 type of wash media just doesnt cut it for ONR in the winter. Need to pick up 3 more sponges, total of 4, to make the wash seem safe in my eyes.

try MF sponges, raceglaze wash pad, sheepskin mitts, or Uber NO Name MF towels

sponges doesn't cut it for my black car.

I tried it with some Shag Rags... But I only had 1, so I washed 1 side of the car (this was my first go with ONR in the summer). I am going to try to pick up a few MF Dread Mitts, in addition to my current one.

I got it from DD (DetailersDomain). its a Kranzle 1120T. Im ok with the price, I just figure and hoping this will last years before any major repairs for what its worth.

4 sponges for an ONR wash is overkill IMO. I use two buckets with grit guards and one grout sponge. One bucket with ONR and one to rinse. I rinse the sponge after every panel and check it before proceeding.

When I am done I use the remaining ONR with an old GS to do my wheels.

I have never had any issues.

I like it so far with ONR, I only used it once so can't really say much about it. but I had a hard time getting it into the loop on my door handles, where the uber sponge have no issues at all.

Nice work, overtime. I can't believe you did wash, clay, one-step polish, and seal in one day!
