So...I would like to hear real world opinions on Swissvax Crystal Rock...mainly how does it compare to BoS/Insignis/Concroso wax's and how is real world daily driver (outside 24/7) durability.

    Thanks in advance!

dude you probably already know I think all sv waxes are overpriced

a local detailer used crystal rock on my friends classic solid black fiat and I didn't see anything spectacular in it. To be honest I'd have gotten a deeper wetter black using naviwax or better still I'd go ck rmg/vmg + colly 915 and it'll look better and last longer than cr

I have concorso, called bos in UK, I used to swear by it until I started buying and trying other waxes

Big purchase on one item = what I've spent on all detailing supplies for the last year

In our tropical climate i've gotten three and a half solid months of protection that still beaded and sheeted fairly well.

This is with daily QD wipedowns and weekly washings...sometimes twice a week!

It's a good wax, but since you've already got both insignis', you're pretty much good to go already!

Comparing from what I have tried, Insignis applies way way easier. It outlasts concorso/BOS by far per coat.

Honestly, I haven't used it in almost two years now since getting my other waxes in. There are some that last just as long for a fraction of the cost. I would put my money on something else other than CR since you've already got a bunch of waxes that are comparable already.

I still have my sample Ank. I guess I could use it on my car since it sits outside 24/7, and my drive to work is 150 miles one way.

agpatel I would save your money on this.. very strongly encourage. If you had xxxx money to buy wax I would purchase Vintage because even on driven cars shows better durability(Polishedbliss onDW) but its the prep!

I think many people know now I am a fan of durable wax for reasonable price but I think anything over 300 is wayyy too much for tub of wax. Prep makes difference, not wax. But I bet if i could use unicorn blood as a wheel cleaner it would be the best ever and people would buy @ 100 USD a liter.

so cr is merely an overpriced product endorsement....

im shocked, how could sv do that, they are loving people and always so honest in their product descriptions (read teflon in shield) and pricing structure
