Terrible snow storm

I just got off the phone with friend living in northern North Dakota nearthe Canadian border.He said that since early this morning the snow has been nearly waist high and is still falling.The temperature is dropping way below zero and the north wind is increasingto near gale force.His wife has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stares.

He says that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in.

 

I would just let her in so she can help with your back pain!

Here in the Boston area we are getting pounded right now. Started late last night around 3am and when I woke up at 6am we already had 6 inches. We are expected to get 15-18" by the end of the day.

Try that in centimeters for us, and its raining right now too. We actually want our snow once a year it lets us have our water supply in the summer

 

With 2.5 centimeters to every inch, that's a lot of snow!
