paint correction on my car

    so i decided to sell my evo to lower some bills since i just opened my shop about 5 months ago and picked up a srt 4

    the paint was not to bad just typical swirls and a bunch of orange dots all over the paint from industrial fall out.

    sorry for the crappy pics and only having a few of them

    products used

    soaked with a mixture of citrus gloss and apc to strip any wax that was there
    medium CG clay
    right look polish
    PC xp
    orange lank country pad
    then sealed with CG jet seal

    Looks good. I think the motor mounts were a big weak point on those cars so you might want to look into getting aftermarkets. Good luck.

    thanks !!! its not a bad car it has about 280whp and gets 30+mpg im happy so far lol

    But I still love evos :( sad to hear ya had to trade in for the bills
    Nice job nonetheless and wish your shop will bring in truck loads of cash for a new evo!

    thanks! i would have loved to spend a lot more time on it to really do a good job but i had 5 hours to kill be for my next client showed up lol i could not stand driving it around in the condition lol

    One of my buddies was an intern at Chryser and told me stories about what he called "The Head SH$% Kicker" coming out of the corner office within minutes when the assembly line would go down. He said they did a pretty good job building those cars.
