This was just a simple wash and "wax" as I used G|Tech C3 Wax as a booster to the AG HG was that has been on for a few months now. I did not decide to take pics till after the car was washed as I felt bad I have not taken any pics of products used and comments on them.

    Items Used:

    Wash: Lusso Oro
    Sponge: Uber Sponge
Brushes: Megs Tire Brush, Zymol New Wheel Brush, SV Detail Brush
    Wheel Cleaner: AG CWC
    Drying: PacShack Ultra-Plush Drying
    Dressing: Gloss-It TRV
    MFs: Justin's Prem Yellow
    LSP: G|Tech C3 Smart Carnauba

Just some after pics, need to do some final touch ups on the tire dressing and trim.

    Comments:

Zymol Brush (New one): Works pretty well actually, brissles are a little stiffer than my liking but it really does help get to the back of the wheels and behind the spokes and with the long reach handle it is easy to move around the wheel and get everywhere. All in all I am happy with the purchase.

G|Tech C3: This is the reason I was looking forward to this wash, and I am not disappointed, stuff is a GREAT prodcut...only gripe I have is that it can be tricky to buff off as it streaks a bit now this could be down to application/amount of application but either way it is a great finish. Really let a slick finish that deepens up the gloss and a nice crisp reflection.

Here are the after pics, no editing was done to them, and yes I know I suck at taking pics as the car is pinkish in some of the pics :sorry:

Any comments or questions are welcome:

Nice job. Got any pics of the Zymol brush? More importantly, did it fit behind your gigantic brake pad?

Pic of the brush below, no it did not fit between the caliper and the wheel rim but i used my RG brush for that. This was mainly for the face of the wheel, and behind the spokes where sometimes i can get the RG one to clean easily.

I love it, I like using it more than WW as I use open hose method to get most of the water off the surface when it still has protection on it so MF just makes for a fast and easy way to dry the car and it is so soft. You can also use a QD with it so you can get the last drips of water and give it some pop...all around i like them better than WW, only use those when i have no protection and have lots of water on the surface and just to remove most of the water before i use a MF.

Thanks for the pic. This is pretty interesting. I think I'll give it a try when I have more funds.

Thanks! Next up trying to find a weekend I can strip the protection and use RG Black Label! I love the fact that my new apartment has a full wash bay. Thinking of buying a electric pressure washer as the water pressure is not the best and can now actually use one. My parents have a gas one but dont have a place to store it. I would have no issues storing a electric one in my apartment.

Looks great! I have difficulty taking pictures of my Tornado Red GTI as well, just like yours they all seem to look pinkish :p But then my camera is like 4 years old, just an old Kodak. Your photos make me want to lower my GTI...I'm starting to get tired of 4x4 status.

Thanks, yeah it is hard and when I am in the sun hard to tell on the little LCD how they came out.

It is not lowered much, just about 1ish inches, Eibach Pro-Sports so nothing too drastic.

Very cool, Ankeet. You used TRV on the tires, also?

I have that Zymol Wheel Brush but when I received it in the mail, it just seems overly long and awkward so it just sits on my shelf.
