This was a pretty new car but unfortunately according to the owner, his mitt may have had something trapped in it because the whole car had deep random scratches. There were no swirls or cobwebs amazingly. Due to the color, I didn't bother taking befores as it would have been hard anyway. Here is one though, the worst. Before After The objective was to remove all imperfection (one 1/2" sratch remains on the hood which was the worst panel) but it is very hard to see under most type of lights and a durable wet looking finsh. quite amazing how 1 bad washmitt can make things go so bad :S nice save anyhow! also is it me or does M3 look more n more civilized these days
i can read Michelin on em, I believe BMWs come with Continentals these days with Run flats since my family's 06 3 series cabrio had 17" Continentals run flats stock. Those michelins are prob not run flats and are prob Hydroedges or some sort of winter tire looking @ the water grooves. They also look 17-18 more than 19-20s which M3 should come with I believe.
Thanks guys very much. I actually went to bmw.com to see what comes on the sedans and these are the wheels that come with 4 doors.
Stock wheels, 18's 19s are the option you can make, but I heard the car is better on the 18's. Tires are most likely replacement for the crappy Run Flats, as these are Max Performance Summers- Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (i believe)
The front of the car is also much higher than the rear. It just doesn't look like other M3s. But the car will be at 503 Motoring on the 11th for a BMW meeting where I will be demostrating Paint Correction.:bla2::bla2::bla2:
damn man . . . another blue car. One car that i would realistically want to own is a M3 Sedan. I love the M3's but the coupes are just to small for me. Car turned out excellent. Nice photos as well!
