hey guys, had an accident not too long ago, and when i got my car back, i can see the prep work in the base coat if i look carefully, and of course, only in certain lighting. im guessing it is "shrinkage" and I've tried to polish it out, with minimal success. My question is, what would you do if you had the same situation. thanks all
Take it back. If you can see the prep work its just the body guy using too aggressive a sandpaper and trying to fill it with primer. Have them redo it. There is nothing you can do to fix that.
Agreed, take it back. There is no excuse for crappy body work, it can be made to look as good as factory if you find the right shop.
