    Amazing save there :thumb:

How do you find Porsche’s for paint correction? Do you ever get any sticky paint problems?
Most I see here in the UK are at the moment.

Man, that was one wrecked Porsche Bob...Fantastic turnaround, I'd imagine the owner was floored when he saw it afterwards :thumb:

He's one luckyguy that he meet you because I doubt there is many detailers that would go to those lengths without screwing things up along the way, great looking car though the wheels suit the car quite well

Stunning work as ways, Your work really show the amount of detication you have for detailing cars, it leaves me speachless.

It was "Sticky" but not as much as a 996, the 997.2 gen cars have much nicer paint more gloss when corrected imo. This car was a major PITA and frankly I lost big on the job......:sorry: and told Phil as much today when we talked, this 05 was alright to work on but a black finish always needs the "Full court press".

Some you win and some you lose:doh:.

Maybe Sharkwerks did a secret build on the car.....................not. Me thinks "Poser status" should be evoked.

Just the other day I saw a Mercedes S-550 on the commute to the shop with S-600 badgeing on the trunklid and the everpresent V-12 on the quarters, so we both get off at my exit and are stuck in traffic. The guy's window was down and mind you I am in my crappy commuter Sentra and I say to him "Hey somone pilfered your upgraded brakes" and he looks @ me like I am from outerspace, so I connect the dots and yell out "Posing and then being called out by a guy driving a car like mine is the ultimate putdown" no eye contact after that....................... OWNED!!!!!!! he then gets some courage and flippes me off and I am rolling at this point, so I yell out again let me get a look at the V-12 then you can call me a a**hole, he sped off but not as fast as he would have had he really had a S-600..............what makes people do this stuff???.

Firstly mind blowing job on that one. 52 hours!!!

The 600 badge on the 500 is almost as bad as the Chev bowtie on the V6 Holden Commodore phenomenon we have here in Australia.

    Three things:

Where are you in California (So. Cal or Nor Cal)? - Nevermind...San Jose

What was the "sawdusted" paint from? Tree sap+dust?

Why was a 5yr old P-Car's paint so marred and swirled? Is he a regular "hand wash" purchaser?

    Great work BTW!

.As my avatar changed(now I am no longer NORcal Bob finally ponied up the ducketts to Phil to be a DB Pro supporter) I live in Pleasanton but my shop is located in Fremont CA which is close to San Jose (16 miles).

.Sawdust was from a fence being built at the clients house, minimum wagers doing work as common sense should prevail(Sir we would like to use our saw but the sawdust might get on your car.......would you like to cover/move the car?).

.Marring and general hammeredness due to cruelty to Porsche automobile(s):fs:
