id give it a go if he stood by the wax and offered it in a sample pot size otherwise im not wasting hundreds of dollars on a metal tub that is completely unneccesary
Not to mention that it's not available in the US... if it is, I'd like a link b/c it would totally lead to a sale! :thumb:
It's available in the us, well canada but close enough, just hit Ken(911fanatic) up autowerkes exclusive
Called Mark at Raceglaze this morning and if we can get orders for 5 pots, we can get them for $350 each including shipping from the UK. Regular retail is $435. Thats $85 off or a 20% savings. Let me know guys.
if that's includes tax, I am in. I am not one for high end waxes but I would be willing to give this one a go
RG55 is a headliner in its own right...and has been my go to wax for the past couple of years. I wonder how much more they can achieve over 55 with this new Black Label concoction as 55 stands pretty tall already. Even with the group buy discount, it'll be hard to justify the price difference between it and 55, which can be had for a little over $100.
Maybe this will address any concerns regarding durability etc. This is a direct quote from Polished Bliss where they have extensively tested this wax and actually charge more per application for it then they did for applications of Vintage..... "Raceglaze Signature Series Black Label combines more than 66 % pure Brazilian No. 1 white carnauba wax by volume with carefully selected natural oils to produce a jaw dropping finish characterised by incredible richness, strong water beading and a liquid-like level of glossiness that you could almost drown in. In our experience, a lifespan of up to six months per application is achievable on a daily driver under typical UK conditions, and this can be extended further if it is layered from the outset. In short, Raceglaze Signature Series Black Label is awesome in every respect; it goes on easily, buffs off easily, delivers a world class finish without breaking the bank and offers excellent durability; in every way it will leave you speechless."
ken are we detailers ever speechless? i buy the high end waxes cause i want them and get enjoyment. worked my ass off with a business for 35 years to be able to do this. just wonder who i should give em to when i croak. wife only uses pledge wax
