Hi Guys and Girls, Here's a video of a detail that I carried out on a very abused black Rolls Royce Phantom. Over 80 hours was spent on this car alone. 4 Stage Paintwork correction, full interior detail, engine detail, 4 layers of Swissvax Crystal Rock Wax, etc etc. I have endless HD footage of the work carried out on this car, so this is the first part, second part coming soon! YouTube - Miracledetailrollsroycepart1.mov Kind Regards Paul Miracle Detail.
Unbelievable damage on such a car. Looks great so far Paul. Reflections are fantastic. What brand are the worklights you are using? Looks like they throw a ton of light.
wow to say the least. superb work paul . . . . . videos are great . . . . love the music as well it fits the theme. That poor car . . . . . the owner is going to think you had it repainted when he comes to pick it up LoL.
That's intense! Very nice, may I ask you what type of machine is that? It looks fairly small, which may be very light weighted?
He uses a FESTOOL polisher. It's a German tool company that markets primarily to the European market. There's no 110V version of this machine, so plugging it in with an adapter may not work, even if you can get your hands on one.
There is a 110V version and a 240V version sold in the UK. Here is a link to it. SHINEX RAP 150 rotary polisher - RAP 150 FE GB 110V I posted in a separate thread earlier today that a Festool employee stated the Shinex will be coming to the U.S. within the next six months. Festool has a presence in the U.S., it's primarily in the woodworking field. Here is a link to the Festool USA website. http://www.festoolusa.com/default.aspx
It's so cool... I was bummed when I first started researching this earlier this year. Have you heard when the US version of the Shinex will become available? I mean, a low of 400 RPM is awesome.
Per Festool USA, the Shinex will be available within the next six months. At this point they don't have a more specific date. It has been UL certified, not being able to obtain UL certification is the main reason why many Festool tools aren't available in the USA.
Hi Paul, can you tell me the readings of the paint before and after in the door that you have sanded Thanks. Excellent Job, as always. Matias from Argentina.
