Hi everyone, Just wanted to fill you in on the reason for the delay in product stock. Our latest cargo which includes Cockpit Premium, Plastic Deep Cleaner, Klima-Cleaner, Windscreen Clear, and so on arrived a week from last Sunday and are currently at the port. Our cargo had been cleared last week but as of yesterday CBP (customs border patrol) are holding all cargo in port for re-examination. I believe this is due to hightened security threats (which usually start climbing around this time of year - 9/11). So we are waiting... Anyhow, we're hoping to start shipping by end of week which means dealers should have their stock by end of next week. My apologies for the delays and inconvenience. We are scheduled to receive delivery in our warehouse tomorrow - finally. This means by Wednesday we start shipping out to dealers. Thanks for hanging in there with us and with our dealers... we know it's been frustrating for many of you.
Thanks for the update ... Can't wait to review the Anti-Frost washer fluid. I've been using Kristall Klar since last Spring and I absolutely love it.
