Looks slightly busy and I'm not really feeling the outline text. I think the text should either be normal or bold but certainly not outline. It detracts too much from the rest of the business card. I'd also reserve notes for the back... putting them on the front of the card is kind of tacky and less professional.
I appreciate the creativity, but the name is very difficult. I had to read over it a few times to figure out what it meant, and still was clueless until you explained it had something to do with detox. Definitely need something a bit simpler. Also, I probably wouldn't do business with someone who only has a Gmail account. But that's just me. Setting up your own Web site is very cheap these days and really adds to proffesionalism.
Here's my card design I often write notes on the back for the customer. The image isn't opaque as it looks on the .png, that's just how it looks on the monitor. I think we made some text tweaks too between that revision and print ready. I don't think I have the print-ready PDF sitting here now that I think about it
wow that's pretty slick man. That card stands out. I personally don't like simple and plain looking cards, but that is just me. I figure if it's going to be the same price to have a simple card vs a full color card might as well jazz it up with a bunch of color so when people either have it posted up at home or have it in their business card file it stands out for sure. I need to have someone create me another card though, getting tired of the design i currently have.
You don't HAVE to pay for full color. 2 color cards can work very well too. I work in a print shop so I got these for cost, but I toyed around with a 2color card as well.
