Finally got my Evo IX MR!

Congrats on the new car Brendan!!!!!! That Evo looks awesome!! What are your plans for it besides thee exhaust?

 

Thanks! This year is just going to be:
- Turboback exhaust
- PIC or Stance GR+ Pro Coilovers
- Lower Intercooler Piping
- few other basic mods

next year I'll do a tune and some more performance/suspension mods. But hopefully I'll be throwing on a set of 18x10 TE37s

 

The TEs would be awesome bud!!!!! I think they're the best wheels period. Plus, it really looks great on evos!!! :worship2: Post pics when you get them please!

Yeah I like them to but one of my friends with a blue STI has them. I just want to run something different than everybody in the crew lol. Pretty much TE37s are the only rims that nobody in the group is running. So I guess I'll run em lol

Any particular reason, besides wanting something raw, that you chose the IX over the X? And where the hell did you get it so cheap with such low miles? LoL.

 

Yup, gunna go as aggressive as I can. As I said earlier I wanted something raw that I could drive daily and go straight to the track with. Not that the X can't do that but the X is so much bigger. I also wanted something different as X's are a bit more common here.

 

Just signed up to the site. I saw a white EVO on Saturday morning heading westbound into MR on the Lougheed with illinois plates, followed by an EVO X in black, and a ralliart. Was that you?

 

nope lol I had WA plates on before but now it's got BC plates and fully insured
