like ken i sprung too quickly. spent 169 for my rubbermaid from staples office supply. just knew i should have looked more. mine now looks like a mutant. i put holes for rain to exit and added some bottle holders. and by the way the swivel caster go on the front of the cart. brain dead i might be but i can always go back and do it right later.
