This detail was a pretty straight forward and easy detail since the customer keeps the car in such great condition. The dirtiest part of the car was the engine bay and even then it was not bad at all. I used Powerlock as a base coat and Collinite 845 on top to provide superb beading. The customer was very happy with the end result. I didn't take pictures of the interior as it was in great shape already. damn man . . . . . another fine job. You get these great modded cars and they turn out excellent. What kind of rims are those . . . . . . they looked like Vossens from a far but they read something different on the center caps. Surprised to see you use the Zep Citrus on those wheels . . . . . looks good though. You get some of the better lighting situations for photo's which yield some great reflection shots.
Thanks, the wheels were in great shape so I used a really diluted solution of Zep. I think they are vossens, I do remember the centers reading something different but as far as i know they are vossens. The lighting was great that evening, and in general at that park. Luckily it's less than 2 blocks from my house so most owners don't mind me taking their cars there.
that is a score deal for you then man. Sun shots are good for paint correction pics but i tell you shooting in direct light like that can be very harsh and blow out the photo's in no time. later afternoon shots like you posted work out the best. hehehe i thought those were vossens LoL. I wanted to toss a set of those on my accord LoL

haha yeah I love the new G sedans. The boards actually did break and I drove over them broken, it was fine because I only needed about a half inch more clearance for the exhaust so it doesnt scrape.
oh wow. well at least it didn't break when you had a severely lowered customer vehicle on them to the point where the exhaust etc scraped.
Hey man you are fast at responding LoL. I have spent the past 15 minutes or so searching and came up with something that might be a good investment for you in the future. It might help prevent anything bad from happening when using those wooden boards. If you were to put away like $10-$20 per car you do it would take you no time to order a set: weight limit 3,000 lbs per axel since only two wheels will be on it all the time. That will cover pretty much all cars. 2,500lb Per Axle Car Trailer Ramps From Discount Ramps.Com $189 for the ramps . . . . . you might be able to find some else where that might be less expensive for you.
