Before I start with pictures let me say this- I got my four Dodo MF's from Ben (in less then a week might I add...thank you :applause2:) and they are the most amazing things. They are so soft, I absolutely love them.

that was the last picture after all the correction was complete. Let me say this now. I used Super Finish on the Tangerine pad for 90% of the car. I wasn't chasing all the RIDS on the car and this combo, I feel, was not only affective, but easy on the paint. Trust me, the finish was 95% corrected, not that it was bad to begin with though. After correction I pulled the car out and sprayed it down with TAW to remove any oils left from the Menzerna. This was followed by a quick, light wash with CG again.

The Mystery was very easy to apply, and it removed incredibly. I love this stuff, I freaking LOVE this stuff. Compared to Insignis, it was just as easy to use, didn't smell as good, but it did leave a warmer finish. I would buy it alllllll over again. I don't know what else to say...worked great, looked great..I like!

Hope you all enjoyed. I 'll get some sun shots tomorrow, I didn't today because the sun had gone down by the time I finished up.

wow nice ride man :druling: i have always wanted a S4 myself. Only thing i don't like is all the gas they eat LoL. Ride looks sharp though especially after the SV application.

no problem man. So the S5's are v8'S aren't they? Never mind googled it real quick. Yikes!

    V8
    357 hp
    325 ft lbs trq

that is some seriously nice power.

Ya, though surprisingly its slower than my old STi hehe

The car is gorgeous though, and I get looks/compliments everywhere. Going to tune it soon, hopefully before summers over. Should bring it to 374hp and 345 lbs trq. The light weight wheels did help though with not only handling, but acceleration as well. Thanks for all the compliments man.

ahh i can breathe now . . . . . nice to know that there are some fellow import heads here. You know some people look at imports as rice rockets and this and that but i guess it all depends on how that person carries himself you know.

I use to mod civics not so much heavy into looks with bodykits and so fourth more so in it for the motor and turbo. Paint & rims and the rest was more so dumped into the motor. It's nice to have a 4 cylinder cars that can lay down 300+hp and still get 25mpg+ rather then havea v8 that lays down that much power and gets 16mpg's no offense to you.

I had civics, integra's couple of WRX's and man are Subaru's fun. I detailed one for a guy locally who was selling his STi. I wish he called me earlier because i would have purchased that but instead i got a 2009 Accord V6 Coupe but after the ride in the STi i miss turbo's

That was the car . . . . . it had such a aggressive look as well as some nice power to take you through that 6 speed transmission.

So what did you do to your S5 so far that requires a tune?

BTW do you detail for a living or work in another field? I need your job so i can get a S5 to cruise around in LoL.

not bad accept we don't have much of any highways here. Couple spots where there are two lanes each way but even that there is like a stop light every 1/2 mile LoL so that would = some nasty mileage.

I have to say though V8's now days even some mustangs are getting some pretty decent mileage compared to what they use to get. What they need to do is start applying the same technology that Honda and GMC have implemented but do it to all cars . . . .

where a V8 while cruising will shut down to 3 or 4 cylinders and only when you hit the gas hard will the 8 kick in. That would be a very big turning point for people to purchase V8's

I'm actually only 21 and fortunate enough to have very generous parents. I put down a great deal of the down payment now my parents, and I split the monthly charges. My father owns a soda and beer distributor, and I basically help run the place when I'm not in school. Right now its got a catback exhaust. Gonna pick up an air filter soon.

yep the early model S5's are the ones to have as they dropped the V8 in the facelift

a friend of mine put the new vossen wheels on his and they look really good with a set of wheels

jon what's your thoughts of the sn vs mystery? curious because im thinking about using my dodo ph and sn samples soon on black, but read sn is more about reflections than depth

also, i think you should grab the sv cleaner fluid light, it adds a fair bit of gloss on its own and would compliment your sv waxes nicely

Holly crap man! Well, that's awesome! I'm guessing the monthly to be around $650-$700 depending on your down payment, terms and credit score.

Sweet deal that you split it which makes it a lot more affordable.

Vossen makes some very nice wheels. I was actually considering getting a set myself in the future.

he has the CV1 - very good looking wheel in the right offsets

but the centres have a few imperfections - paint runs and air bubbles

this infiniti looks insane with the CV1s

The Coupes are still V8's while the Cab is the new supercharged V6. The SN is probably the best wax that you can buy for under $200. That said, it gives this reflective look thats simply awesome. I don't know how to describe it, but it is an incredible wax- I like to say its a true Carnauba look, but I don't know if thats a good description. You can see the picture before any washing/claying that the car looked very glossy. Problem is the application process. Its hard to remove, and sometimes discourages me from using it. Dollar for dollar, it's my favorite wax I own. The way I see pre cleaners is that they're all the same. I know that might not necessarily be the case, but I like my mind state now as it's probably saving me some money :giggle:.

Thank you, and yes it definitely is a great wax. Didn't mute flakes and gave an awesome look. Would've preferred a slicker surface, though that may be my fault. I may have removed it a tad too soon. Luckily it gets another coat next week

    Thanks Billy!

That is some choice work mate, that paint really does look absolutely perfect. How have you found Audi metallic paint to be? A pain to work with, or actually decently easy?

My friend just got his, see pic below. Flew down to Miami to pick it up and drove it home to Houston. Stunning car.
