1. I just saw a thread revived on another forum on this product and was wondering if anyone here has actually used it and what were your results :waiting:

I haven't used it personally, but I'm interested to know too. I've had a couple people tell me it was below average or terrible, and some that have said it's fantastic. I haven't heard a single person call it decent, it seems to be a love or hate thing.

I've used it and have had better luck on white paint for some reson. It
also worked well on singal stage paint.

    Use it. Love it.

The key is selecting the right pad and working it properly.

Used it once (a few panels of my car) I worked it in, and had a tough time removing it. Used it with the Uno Pad which are great, just a bit stiff. Going to give it a shot again maybe this weekend (trying a whole car). I worked around the issue, by doing the area at speed 3 in my last pass. Came of relatively easy. I'm going to use HD Free to extend the work time a bit.

Poxy on the other hand... I dunno, but each time I use it, I get $H1T durability, I let it set, tried machine and hand application. I got 40oz of this stuff!!! If anyone in Canada wants to try it out or do a trade I can send like 8-16oz. Just PM me?

    TDEKANY

all his correction jobs arev ery top notch and he swears by HD UNO. Read his write ups and you will notice all he uses is HD UNO & just changes the pads around.

i think you guys will be surprised and amazed as it even was able to tackle some rock hard clears like corvette's

I am on the fence with this product. I have not used it, the results I get from M105/205 please me. But I still feel led to want to try HD UNO. Also Poxy sounds very intersting especially like the fact you can use it on glass, chrome and all trim peices

  9. Well, I'm just as confused as ever regarding this product

I do know this company made DavibB look like a horses ass the way they had him announce that contest and then failed to follow thru :deal:

Thank You everyone for your responses. I beleive I will pass on this product at this time. I should have known there is only one product that can acheive these results in 1 step. And we all know that is nu finish :headbang:

DavidB sold the board to 3D (makers of Uno/Poxy/etc) a while back. So they only made themselves look like asses I guess?

  11. Is that who purchased Autopia. I thought Max the Geek bought it so he can try to control every forum :giggle:

Wow, so the owners of Autopia started out lying to its premeire members right off the bat. Now thats funny :applause2:

I have and used it a few times and find it works as advertised .It is pad dependant . I like it . Is it going to be the only thing I use ? I doubt it as I'm still more of a Menzerna kind of guy.

How your durability coming along? I love the look, but durability is shit. Maybe I got a bad batch (hoping I did) Going to try my 32oz bottle this week.

LOL that test was because of me, since I said I heard of mediocre reviews of the product. I was astounded that they hyped it up so much but never went through with it, even neglecting for days at a time to not respond to people's questions in the contest thread while replying to other threads on the forum. Even more so, they even included how the owner of the company had just purchased a new Ferrari Scargelliti(sp?), which IMO is kinda rubbing it in the face that they seem more concerned with profit than the customer.

I want to give this stuff a try, top detailers having extremely differing reviews on the product is confusing.

I was basing the look off of pictures I have seen, I never tried the product

  17. Yea, I saw that I'll give you a ride in a Ferrari Crap F the Ferrari, just fly me to Cali so I can showout you chumps :giggle:

Looks like The Big Man does not know much about business. Must have inherited his cash and lost it when the market dropped. Maybe, I will be the next owner of Autopia :cig:

That thread was the biggest train wreck I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing :chips:

I'm wondering about it as well, as much as I like to try new products and the fact that it's "supposed" to be better than the standard (M105) I haven't heard but one guy think it's great. I'll wait till others jump on this bandwagon, ya'll do remember how great System 1 was supposed to be.....

I've tried both HD Uno and Proxy, didn't think either was anything special. The Uno is a real pain in the ass to use and the results were disappointing, particularly on dark colors. kinda weird to think that the guy who ran Autopia was happy to put his name to it. I'm not at all surprised that only a few like it
