DP Xtreme Foam

Has anyone used this soap?? It so exspensive ($50 a gallon) compare to CG shampoos, but now it's on AG Bogo

 

I use it in my foam cannon, it foams up great. Strong smell like speriment gum.

 

It's an excellent shampoo, very impressive cleaning just from the foam gun, gentle on your wax, and super foamy. One ounce per 2 gallons of water whereas Optimum Car Wash (for example) is 1oz per gallon so not as expensive as it seems.

 

But compared to CG it's expensive. I can get a CG CWC and CG suds maxi for the price of DP xtreme foam

 

But with the BOGO it comes out to maybe the same for the 2 vs 2 CWG.

 

it is a awesome soap tons of suds and smells great to boot. get the 32 oz try it out.

 

Honestly I thought it was way overpriced for its results. I used it in a foam cannon and it was sub par at best. Megs APC is $13 a gallon vs Xtreme foam at $44 a gallon. Megs APC cleans better, foams better, and is cheaper. You can also get nearly 4 gallons of MEgs APC to the price of one gallon of Xtreme foam. After I finished off my gallon of the DP foam I never even thought about restocking it.

 

True but an apc will strip any protection, if its mearly a weekly wash.

 

I think water would clean just as well to be honest. Or you could use cheaper shampoo products.

Interesting post. Personally, I wash my car with car wash soap. And I clean my tires and wheel wells with Meg's APC. I must be crazy.

 

Foaming is much different than washing. I use Raceglaze Aquabathe for washing my car, nuts isn't?
