Applicator Pad for Wax?

    so i picked up some of these and i love them. it fits perfect into the pot of wax and results in an even layer taken out of the pot. they cost a fortune though.

    how do you guys deal with jamming one of these into the pots of wax as the pot empties? i find that i might be getting too much wax as i jab these into my pot?

    thoughts? Suggestions?

    I taught myself on the yellow pads, and they are the only ones I use now. I don't have a running low pot quite yet, but my technique now is to drop the pad on top and depending on the wax lightly turn it as needed. Seems to get the perfect amount on for a thin coat.

    I use a flat 4" lc pad and a polishing pal knock off I got at autozone

    i have those P21S applicator pads too. They work great for soft wax but not so much for the RBOE

    I use bare hands, or the LC Red hand polishing pads.
