Well tonight I detailed a black kia, used collinite 845 for the first time. Well tomorrow I will finish the detail. My question is should I top 845 with AG HD? Or a Nuba? Or just stop it and leave 845 a lone?
Its just black no metallic ok well I'm goin to work now to finish it before ill have 2 hours before I have to actually clock in for work for the day I hope I can get it all done
just leave 845 on . . . . if anything give it a extra coat. 845 is great stuff and the beading is killer along with durability.
My first time using 845, applied with PC Gold pad speed 3 it went on like butter, I tried using a 100% cotton made in usa towel to buff off that was no fun. I switched to a shag rag came off easily. The looks amazing I will have a write up this weekend
The AG on top will look fantastic, but only if you have time. Otherwise, the 845 will look great on its own as well.
Nice. I normally apply it with a euro shaped red applicator. Only because it goes on SO easy. And I can get into the tight areas better by hand. I remove immediately after applying to the whole car.
i have that same combo and just tried it out last week on a 3 step correction i did (black 325i) .the 845 looked amazing by itself . with the ag on top there wasnt a big difference . maybe a little more depth but barely noticable . if you got spare time id say go ahead but its not much improvement . both 845 and ag came off easy with my dd no name . that towel just makes removing it enjoyable . you can really tell the towel does all the work with just a soft sweep over it . btw i let the 845 sit for about 45 min b4 removing then waited a good 45 min b4 topping with hd which i left on for like 20 min .
