Swirl city... This should make for a great recovery!:headbang:

How did your makita break, did the cord short out on you... If so, that is an easy fix...

yep. Just the cord. It just pissed me off because things keep coming up to delay this detail. Then this happened. So i quit buffing and cleaned door jambs, sealed wheels, and dressed tires and wheel wells. Going to finish polishing tomorrow.

A few teaser shots. I pulled it out into the sun. Found some slight hologramming on the pass side rear quarter that I need to touch up. But after that, it's LSP time! These shots are after PC7424+ SIP with a drop of 85rd/green uber (for some reason power finish gummed up on me, and would not break down.)

I just changed my cord out on my 9227 and upgraded to a 12g cord... It's pretty easy.. all you need is a couple screw drivers...

    Looks nice!

Sounds like a great mod. Will also keep the motor a little cooler also I bet.

Nice photos and work Pete. I'm sure your LS just *happened* to be in the reflect by accident. :p:

Actually i didn't even think of it until i started to photograph, but I wasn't going to move it. The Impala had my spot in the garage all week, so my car was parked in th eyard. :D I just snapped the pics before leaving for work this morning. I finished just after sundown yesterday, so I couldn't check my work in the sun. So I did it this morning.

I still don't know if I'll have the time to do the interior. I may have to do it another night this week. It's not in the greatest shape either.
