I polished my wheels this morning. Products/tools used: Chemical guys CWG PC LC White flat 5.5" pad Menz 85rd IPA DG 601 DG105 - I will add another layer tomorow morning. Pretty happy with the result.
Damn what a difference, how much time was spent on each wheel? Did you do the corners by hand, or were you able to get he pad in those areas too?
Spent about 5 min per spoke per pass(total of 2 passes). Spreaded the polish in at speed 2, flat part at 6 and corners at 4.5. I tried to clay at first but it did not do any good, just more swirls. That clear is like butter... Tried black pad and 85rd with minimum results. Switched to white and that was perfect. Did not need to finish with black or red, just low speed(2.5) and no pressure.
