LSP for White cars

werksatat acrylic jett in multiple coats or valentine concours wax are awesome on white

I just used DG 501/105 on my white yaris and it look really white, the 501 makes my foam applicator dirty.

but then I have a hard time seeing where I applied the product.

 

I like CG 50/50 and Zymol Glasur. Both very nice.

 

I don't think it's the 501 itself. The 501 is an excellent paint cleaner. It's probably contamination that was still on your paint.

This thread just died.

Once again, if you're serious about colour matching waxes, which is an imprecise science to say the least, then you can't go past Swissvax Glacier over cleaner fluid, Zaino Z2 , Megs M16.

The only suitable Dodo's are SN, Light Fantastic and White Diamond. But compared to the other options the Dodo's are either beaten on value (Megs M16), ease of use (Swissvax) or looks (Zaino and Swissvax).

 

476+AJT, few coats of AJT will make it delicious

 

I don't really believe in color matching to a point where a wax is specified for....let's say purple. However, I do believe different wax will perform better on light or darker color cars.

 

anybody try autoglym hd?

 

It looks pretty nice in white. For the price you're paying, it's one of the best in that price range.

 

werkstat AJT or Lusso Oro. or both. autoglym HD is supposed to look nice on white too. scott just posted a thread where he tried it on his white car and it looked great.

 

pennical souveran looks OK/fair on my SC400 I think it muted the pearl in it the paint looks like glossy milk from far away then if you look close you see the pearl but you have to be with in a foot

DG111, Opti Seal, Pinnacle Series II

 

The clear coat is the final original equipment manufacturers coating applied to a vehicle to protect the (base) colour coat while providing both depth and a durable, glossy appearance, originally designed to protect metallic paints, but is now applied to all colours.

Any product applied on top of the clear coat needs to be transparent otherwise both the paint colour and its depth of shine will be muted.

 

Sonax Premium Class Carnauba looks really good on white. Collinite 915 is good because it offers exceptional durability, but doesn't have that wet look of a boutique wax.
