can this wax be used on my wheels? i know that it is crazy durable, but idk if i can hold up to the heat and still be durable. thanks for your help ...and a second unrelated question. I noticed that my 8oz pot of lusso oro that i just got has a matte gold top and most other pics of the wax i see have a reflective top. Is my pot an older one? the wax is also very hard, but i think this may be just a characteristic of this wax.
Sure you can! 845 is great... Lusso is fairly hard... but it will allow you to get enough to work a panel... The big pot has a white top... lame!
Just got a 8oz pot in today, gold top, but I must say the top sucks...it is a pita to put on as the pot opening is just larger than cap so you have to push it on then spin on 845 on wheels is good, i know few people have tried it and worked well as it is pretty darn durable.
is it the pot with the matte gold metal top? that was the first thing that i though when opening it. it was really hard to open at first and its kinda frustrating getting it on/off
How is it's "shedding" of dirt. I heard some people say it attracts dirt easier, but I find that hard to believe. So does it make wheel washing much easier? On a side note, can you use IW845 on windows and plastic trim?
not sure that i would use 845 on plastic since it is a wax as far as i know, collinite 845 should be perfectly fine on chrome.
Sweet. I was using the DP Wheel Glaze but to be honest, I was not impressed whatsoever with it's results.
