So with winter preventing my from getting my detailing fix, I decided to see how well Leather Masters would work on an old pair of Doc Martens I had sitting in my closet. I never wear them anymore since they are so beat up, and was just going to throw them out. Now I think I may keep them after I buy some new laces. Overall I was AMAZED at the resotration it provided. Check out the pics 50/50: Before: Vital Curing: I didn't post a pic of after using the protection creme, as the look did not change much if at all. The only thing different in the complete after pic was the excess Vital was removed from where the leather meets the sole of the shoe.
Oh, I also transferred my Strong Cleaner to a foaming head dispenser. The girlfriend bought it for the bathroom, so I had to wait until it ran out. Works great! And 1 pic I thought was kinda cool. Straight from the camera. I know other people do great photos like this. Mine was my first try, and freehand:
I agree on the foaming dispensers. I picked up a few of them of ebay for leather cleaners as foam is the best and safest way to work a leather cleaner.
