Yeah, bummer about the luger . With that said, I'm super excited! Can't wait for downhill, bobsleigh/luge, speed skating, skeleton LOVE the winter Olympics!
I'm going to be watching mainly hockey and curling which is the dumbest sport ever but I like it LOL Plus I am going for the gold medal hockey game with my family:headbang:

Canadians please don't hate me but... That opening was BORING. Honestly, I lost all interest in it. The chinese one I think set the bar SO high.. it's going to be tough to beat. But the announcers did say that the Chinese spent FOUR HUNDRED million dollars on their opening ceremony.. Canadians only budgeted $40 million!!
It was on par with other ones,minus China as they just felt like taking the avg budget of all past Olympics and multiply it by 10x. The whole whale thing was pretty nifty, it alright...oh well..games are good to go! WOOOT! Also, Canada if you guys don't win gold in hockey there may be a riot. Just saying.
Yeah, I thought the whale and water thing was really cool!! And they explained how they did it.. like 100 different monitors and projectors spread about the floor. Very very cool. My gf was like "Are those REAL whales?!" I just ":lol:"
IMHO curling is dmbest olympic sport i wana see those dudes with rotaries and 10" pads, gona make life so much easier
