Haven't seen a review posted about this so I thought I'd go ahead and do it. Product-CG Glossworkz soap Price-16oz for $18.95 USD, unsure of retail pricing on gal size. Dilution-1oz to 5gal, although I did 1oz to about 3.5gals. Scent-Smells kinda neutral to me, no overwhelming fruity scent like most CG products. Consistency-About as thick as the other CG soaps. Cleaning Ability-Having been hit by rain the past week in SoCal, my car was pretty filthy. All kinds of gunk on my lower panels that was easily scrubbed away with my sheepskin wash mitt. Then again, I think this was the dirtiest I had let my car get recently. Lubricity/Suds-Ranks as slick as my favorite soaps, MS Ultra Gloss and OPT car wash. It suds just as much as ultra gloss, but I think for suds, OPT car wash wins. Appearance-Made my white car pretty damn glossy. Sorry for the lack of pics!!! Cons-Seems kinda expensive for 16oz of soap. $20 for 16oz!?!? Wait, nevermind, see below. Pros-Such little used at 1oz to 5gal. Overall Rating-Awesome soap, if you like MS UG, you'll like this too.
I take it the soap had QD like polymers in it? Some reason I dont like soaps that have gloss enhancers in them...like that to be the job of the QD I use after.
I just got some, should be here by Friday. The price is a little high, but I think once they load it up on the website they will put it on sale and never take the sale down like the rest of there stuff lol
Knowing them in about 3 months, better to just call them and add it to a order, or ask for sample if you ordering.
I emailed chemical guys and Dee said that they will only be selling the soap in the uk, but we can still ask for it.
