Thanks...just got back from the hospital for the pre-op exam...gonna get a epidural in the back for the surgery.

UPDATE....I should be released from the hospital tomorrow. My range of motion is coming along. I've been getting Morphine injections and today they switched me to Percocet which is what I'll be prescribed at home. I feel stoned from this sh!t, but my knee is not hurting, so I guess it's working. The operation went fine although they had given my an epidural which I woke up 1/2 way through the operation complaining of pain. They intubated me and put me on a general. Looking forward to getting home.

hang in there buddy i just had the same full knee replacement tues the 26 out here in oregon. physical therapy starts tomorrow. oh boy. feel like an ocd detailing going cold turkey. cant touch my products even though they keep arriving. again good luck. dave

 

Thanks Dave...Last year I had a scope surgery done and I was out in my garage a week or so later, on crutches, washing my car. It's a damned good thing my wife did not see me or she'd have had my ass for sure!! That's the reason I scheduled this one for the winter so it will not interfere with any jobs. How did your surgery go? Mine was a partial, not a full. I started my physio on Friday (surgery Wed 27th) and today got my range of motion up to 90 degrees...OCD in a lot of areas it seems, LOL. Keep in touch how your recovery goes..I'll be thinking of you bud.

And after re-reading the pakshak mf thread for the 10th time, I just ordered a variety of Ranney tonight...we're in the same boat it seems.

 

You will love your Pak Shak towels Richy, the best towels out there.

 

Dana...I've always respected your opinion and that was one of the biggest reasons I went with them. I was going to get the dozen yellow ones on sale at CG but changed my mind.

 

I took Dana's recommendation on Pakshack as well and wow! Love them, demoted all my other polishing towels to the inside and wheels. woot! Ranney is great to talk to also.

Good move on not getting those other towels. I can never stop ordering Ranney's towels even though I have hundreds of them. I need to see if he will hook me up since I promote the crap out of his towels-lol.
