Hi Michael, I recently purchased 5 liters of Blitz and I was wondering what dilution ratio to use for cleaning wheels and tires? I pulled up the PDF file from your website that contains MSDS information and dilution info for different parts of the vehicle, but it says nothing specific to wheels. What is a good dilution to use to clean wheels and to strip durable tire dressings from tires? Also, is the product safe enough to be sprayed full strength onto exterior paint or must it be diluted 5:1 or weaker? Thanks, Emile

Hi Emile, You'll want to knock it down 1:5 ( 1 part Blitz to 5 parts water) when cleaning the wheels and car. To strip old tire dressing down and clean under the wheel wells (IOW strip oil/grease based dirt) you can make it less concentrated at 1:1. You could even go full strength in those cases. Since it's a low alkaline cleaner Blitz is more specialized towards a general wash, an upholstery cleaner (makes an excellent laundry detergent - even for sensitive fabrics!), carpet cleaner (use an ounce with a carpet cleaner), and cleaning down plastic surfaces, leatherette and finished leather. For grease/oil stained surfaces you'll need to step up to W99 Degreaser. Hope this helps.
