Out of curiosity, what happens when you send that certificate that come with Glasur and the higher ups in? Is it anything special because I like how that certificate looks with its serial number matched to my jar and stuff. It makes a nice collection piece with it :giggle:

    Thanks everyone!

I was wondering the same thing. I have no clue what to do with the certificate as well.

Isn't it a certificate of authenticity? I never read the certificates that came with my Zymols but I believe you're supposed to keep it to prove you have a genuine Zymol jar of wax.

Dont thing it does anything but put you into Zymol system and may get some coupon codes or what not, the codes were normally not given out but this holiday season seems like there was a few. But those did end up getting posed on the forum. Bottom line, I would keep the certificate just because I would like to keep something like that. Could email Zymol about it, in my experience they email back pretty fast.

If you have a certificate of authenticity you keep it just to have.

If you have a certificate of registration you may or may not need to send it in that is up to zymol say if you had to send in for a refill they may or may not want it.

    I post example pics.

I kept the one for my waxes but when I bought some sample kits I got 2 gift certificate mailers. It said to mail them in for a discount, I never heard back.

How odd, I got emails from them quite frequently. Then again I had quite a few questions for them so I was talking to their customer service and Chemists pretty often for a span of a couple months...

I have some Zymol Waxes (concours, titanium, carbon, detail). Concours & Titanium came with certification of authenticity. I've emailed to Zymol US and they told me that there is no need to mail that certifications filled with my data, but if I will buy an expensive wax like Zymol Vintage, I must mail the certificate, so they can know who is the owner and to be in their db when you will request a refill.
