    I've seen other members use a PC to apply LSP or sealant but not sure about a rotary, I personally have never used a rotary to apply any LSP but that's just my :2cents:

    I don't see why not... I'd probably use a black pad and go to town...

    I bet you could, though I don't see the need. Iprefer to apply my LSP's by hand.

    If you feel COMPELLED to do it, use a 3m uk blue pad.

    I'd use the rotary on a motorhome or boat or plane... lots of surface area!!!

    Possible to do it by rotary, but its harder to get a even spread even with low speed and controlled pressure. You will find the rotary much heavier too when you start controlling the pressure and concentrating more. my 2 cent..

    I apply a couple of lsp:s with a rotary, since they will bond faster due to the heat. Works great!

    The heat's an interesting point. I have never used the rotary for LSP but have used my PC. I may just give it a shot. I've got one of those gold LCC pads so that would be great for LSP. If you beat me to it, let us all know how it worked for you, OK?

    I've applied liquid and paste carnauba waxes, as well as sealants with a PC...

    I have done some with PC. But preffer hand as it is faster . Never even considered a Rotary.

    Try it. I know that Meguiars have tweaked #21, so it can be applied with rotary. Mark-V also say that Glisten and IP100 will get the best durabiliy if applied with rotary. The IP100 looks promising. Give it a try

    Mark V Products ::: Waxes, Polishes, Glazes & Compounds ::: IP100 Polyshine 16oz

    and Glisten Mark V Products ::: Sealants ::: Glisten Paint Sealant 16oz

    I've used IP100 many times, great product, lasts for ages and makes it easy to clean the bugs off the front end. Never come across Glisten though, I'll have to ask about that next time I'm passing. Thanks.

    I have applied a couple of waxes by rotary, including the Supernatural Machine Stick... works okay but there's a certian enjoyment to applying a wax by hand that mean I rarely ever use the machine polisher for it.

    I have used my 9227 to apply MEG yellow #26 and XMT 180 and it did fine just a bit hard tpo control sling.
