So what are the plans for Christmas?

It's incredible how quickly time passes by, another christmas.

So how are you guys spending it?

I'll be heading over to my sisters place, where most of the family will get together, my older sister is a chef so there will be loads of food and I normally pig out :thumb: We watch a bunch of movies, I get to play with the kids....and well it's all fun and games all day long, ah good times I tell ya, good times :thumb:

 

inlaws are coming (they got stuck in the kansas storm) were going to relax eat and watch movies

 

I can't believe its christmas time either. Time flies...

Christmas eve I'll spend with my girlfriend and her family. Then I'll sleep over at my parents house (I don't care what anyone says, I'm going back home to the parents to sleep over christmas eve!) . Exchange gifts and whatnot christmas morning. Then my girlfriend and her mom will be coming over to my parents for dinner. My parents have a big dinner party at their house every year. Then my girl and me will exchange presents and give presents to our parents. I'm simply regurgitating the schedule as it was TOLD to me by the women in my life, lol.

 

Brothers place at 3pm Christmas eve and then on to sister in laws for 7. Everyone here Christmas morning for presents and Christmas dinner. Boxing day - peace and quiet!!

 

Heading to Fredericksburg, VA to spend X-mas with my sister-in-law. All the family is heading that way tonight and tomorrow. Lots of Latin food and beer/rum ... can't wait to get drunk with the fam!! LOL

 

I start a week of midnight shift tonight. If you have to work a shift for Christmas, mids is the best. Christmas eve is spent at my Italian Catholic inlaws for the mandatory fish dinner. We let the kids open one present then. The next day is spent at home with the kids and then we go to my parents house with my brother and his family and do another dinner that night. Lots of good food and time with family.

 

Spending it with my girlfriends family. Shes Italian so amazing food for days eating tonight since its her moms bday, then eating tomorrow, then Christmas then the day after that since its her dads birthday

 

We are meeting all at my mums place, my sisters, brother and their families for xmas day. Xmas eve is rather simple, everyone does his own thing. Should be fun though.

 

Mine kinda is a bummer. Since I am a new hire for the investment firm I got the Christmas Eve shift so I will be in the office until 6 or 7pm. Family left for Chicago this morning and I will be taking a flight Christmas morning to Chicago to meet up with them. Then flying back to Baltimore Sunday night and gettin ready for work Monday morning.

We get a lot of domestic complaints over the holidays because family get together whether they like each other or not.

 

i hear ya . have a great holiday richy and a safe new year..

 

i'll be at home xmas eve. then xmas day going to dads at 11am for gift exchange there, then to sister in laws for dinner then home for final gifts with kids. i hate going to my sister in laws, her husbands family is a bunch of drunks and there is usually drama. for the 4th they fought over a tri tip that they brought, i got so fed up i ordered a pizza and ate on the front porch with my kids.

Christmas eve at my family's house, then present Christmas day at my familys house, then off the my girlfriends place for more presents and dinner there. Boxing day is my birthday!

 

Well then, here's my early "Happy Birthday"!!

 

After the family Christmas Eve festivities are over...eat...drink...be merry...repeat!

 

I am just thankful my dad has come home from the hospital and I can spend Christmas with him at home along with my mom and brother.

 

I'll be watching Sherlock Holmes with the girlfriend and then probably relaxing for the rest of the day.

 

Hanging with the gf for brunch/mimosa's. Over to my parents around 3 for dinner with family.
