As many of our loyal customers will tell you we're fanatical about customer service and with that we also value the input and feedback from our customers as it pertains to tweaking, modifying, improving, or adding to our product line.

That being said I want to make this thread an open discussion for suggestions or ideas about our products. Anything from scents to sizes, packaging to performance, love it or hate it. After all you are the ones using these products so we want to make sure they hit your sweet spots. Many of the changes that have been made to our line over the years are a direct result of customer feedback and input.

I can't promise that we'll do everything you ask, but we certainly will look at each and every suggestion and comment seriously and do our best to implement it if it makes sense.

Thanks for your business and for participating in this informal feedback thread.

That's awesome to hear from a manufacturer. I work in customer service and I know how far a statement like that talking about customer appreciation can go. Definitely love your products and will be purchasing more in the future.

Welcome Dylan. Glad to see you made it to DB. I am glad Phil is a distributor since I also get other products from him.

Hey! I've got a ton of your products, and enjoy using them. I must say your customer service is top notch.

Here's my one complaint that's gone with out solution for a while. I've heard many others with the same concern.

Detail Spray leaks out of your spray bottles in the summer. Others do it too, but Detail Spray is by far the worst offender.

Any options becides keeping the bottle in a climate controlled space?

    Thanks!

Adam just recently mentioned that is going to make a comback now that they have relocated the warehouse.

Dylan I would love to see Adam's come out with a more aggressive polish.Something more than the current SHR

What kind of ambient temps are you experiencing? What temps do you see where the products are stored?

In & Out is on its way very soon. C.A.R.B. regulations forced the discontinuation of it, but now that the warehouse was recently relocated to Colorado we are free to resume the manufacture and sale of it again. Stay tuned!!

This is actually a product that has been a long time in the making... as you know we color code all of our products to their corresponding pads - Fine Machine Polish matches up with the white pad, SHR matches up with the orange pad, MSW matches up with the gray pad.

We have a yellow pad... and thus the development of a yellow 'compound' is underway... I have high hopes for it as I have been a long time fan of Menzernas products when our products aren't aggressive enough... obviously Menz makes some excellent stuff so we're aiming high in the hopes to bring you another great Adams Polishes product that can compete on that level.

Sounds great Dylan as Menzerna is what I use as well . Looking forward to trying the new yellow compound out. Hopefully it is formulated to cut the ceramiclear .As are my favorite Menzerna polishes.

In the summer, I'm sure my garage sees 90+ degF on a very regular basis. Night time, as I'm near the bay area, it'll get down to the 60's.

That would be your issue, we really recommend that temperature sensitive products (waxes, polishes, conditioners, etc... detail spray falls into this category) stay in relatively mild temperatures (no lower than 35-40*, no higher than 80-85*) as it can create problems with the performance of the product. Some separate out, others lose their effectiveness if they are heated past a certain point. Cleaners like APC, GWC, etc don't really care about the temp.

Your issue sounds like a separate one, where the heat is causing an expansion and leakage, while theres not much I can do to rectify that I would perhaps suggest that you remove the sprayers from the detail spray if you must store in temps exceeding 80* and use the cap they ship with. This will at least limit the leaking as much as possible.

Personally I store all of my gallon refills in the house in the laundry room, my 16oz bottles with sprayers are stored in my detail bag (available on our site) so I can take them in and out of the house between uses and keep them stored at optimal temps.

    Thanks for the input.

Unfortunately, I don't have the option of storing many of my supplies inside. My waxes are about all that makes it inside.

Mini-fridge!! I also used to have a mini fridge in my garage for this reason, I'd leave it set at the lowest (translated least cool) setting so it keeps some of my select products regulated. You can get a really cheap one at homedepot.

Right now mine is stocked with beer, so the detail supplies had to be relocated :D

I do have a beer fridge, but it's always full of beer! And it's cold, I keep it at like 35.

The only non beer thing in there is one bottle of DI water to spritz on waxes... I guess I could sacrafice one beer for detail spray, but then it might get too cold.

Hmmm... Maybe I need a second beer fridge, but at a warmer temp...

LOL... that was my conflict... bump the temp up for product storage and the beer isn't cold, bump it down and the product is too cold... in the end beer won out. :D

For product suggestions, I would recommend toning down the smell of Adam's Undercarriage Spray. The grape smell can be a bit intense.
