    And he wants references AND a deposit. Wouldn't want any lowlifes moving in and trashing the POS I guess. :duh:

    probably put POS but to be politically correct the paper switched the posting. crackhouse may be giving it too much credit

    I found that funny too. $500 deposit? NO PROBLEM! Houses/Apt.'s around here usually want $1k+ deposit + first months rent= between $1800-2200 for a 1br. :crasy:
