    Hi Guys,

Thought I would post this HD water beading video I captured yesterday of this gorgeous green Lamborghini LP560-4, the beads looked awesome in the sun (don't worry, its far to cold in the UK at the moment, so washing in the sun isn't a problem!!) along with the effect water has with crystal rock applied to the paintwork!

    Enjoy!!

Of course, I have Vintage and Royale, but it has silicone in it, so I can't use it, and my clients prefer Crystal rock over Royale and Vintage. I offered my best client the other day some Royale, and he refused, he's hooked on the Crystal rock for his 13 cars.

what does silicone do so you cant use it? also i can see why you would have royale but why vintage? :shead:

I too am really surprised by Paul's comment that Royale has silicone in it... aren't the Zymol waxes supposed to be all natural?

From what I understand with silicones, it makes it extremely difficult to polish or repaint a panel once it's been applied. IIRC they're mainly used to give a filling effect.

I brought the Vintage first, then the Royale...

Don't think Zymol want to refill them though, so I might fill it with coins or use it as an ashtray.

I have a bodyshop on site

It looks oily/hologramy in the sun, specially on black

Crystal rock has NO silicone in it, this is why Swissvax make waxes for Lamborghini, Mercedes, Spyker and Rolls royce..... :afro:

If you should happen to use a product with silicone on a car with fresh paint that hasn't cured completely, the silicone will bond with the finish and it will be almost impossible to remove. If I understand correctly, it could cause problems with hazing etc.

ok. silicone and black paint dont go together. got it. i guess ill look for wax without silicone or most <$100 waes have silicone in it?
so none of SV have silicone? onyx or Samurai or Saphir ?
